Wherever You Go, There You Are
Jon Kabat-Zinn
I like this book because it applies to my circumstances. It's basically about understanding where you are and what brought you here . It helps me out at night when I'm bored in my room. I think it's a good book to read in detention, as it teaches you to accept the present moment. It gets me through the night and I'd greatly recommend it to anybody who's having a hard time coping with the fact that we're here locked up. It's basically a meditative starter book and it contains a lot of stuff that helps slow down your thoughts.
